Is it just me, or did they miss an opportunity to make Witches' Brew during Fear Evolved 2? Eye of Diplocaulus, toe of Beelzebufo, wing of Onyc, web of Araneo... probably a lot easier to add some holiday drops to existing critters so we can brew up super-potions than do Werewolves and Vampires! - Unfortunately, since none of the editors here are developers, we can not influence any facet of its development any more than you can. Instead, you should try posting on the Official Forums, the Steam forums, or use the support-page for help in-game or suggestions related to future development.
