The Alpha Leedsichthys Blubber can be found on a dead Alpha Leedsichthys by looking in its inventory before harvesting it for meat and hide or in a bag left on the ground if harvested before accessing the inventory or when eaten by other predators.

One Alpha Leedsichthys Blubber is required to access the Tek Cave on Alpha difficulty.
