Ankylo Eggs are randomly dropped by Ankylo Ankylo. They can be eaten or used to make Regular Kibble Regular Kibble for taming Anglerfish Anglerfish, Ankylosaurus Ankylosaurus, Baryonyx Baryonyx, Beelzebufo Beelzebufo, Carbonemys Carbonemys, Carnotaurus Carnotaurus, Dimetrodon Dimetrodon, Diplodocus Diplodocus, Doedicurus Doedicurus, Gigantopithecus Gigantopithecus, Ichthyornis Ichthyornis, Kaprosuchus Kaprosuchus, Kentrosaurus Kentrosaurus, Lymantria Lymantria, Pelagornis Pelagornis, Pteranodon Pteranodon, Pulmonoscorpius Pulmonoscorpius, Purlovia Purlovia, Sabertooth Sabertooth, Sarco Sarco, Stegosaurus Stegosaurus, Terror Bird Terror Bird, Thorny Dragon Thorny Dragon, and Velonasaur Velonasaur. On ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile Logo Mobile, they can be used to make Kibble (Mobile) Kibble (Ankylo Egg) for taming a Carno Carno.

After two Ankylo Ankylo mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Ankylo Ankylo.

Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Ankylo Ankylo will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.

Incubation

The Ankylo Egg takes 2h 37m 52.927s to hatch. It must be in the temperature range of 16 to 20 °C / 61 to 68 °F to successfully hatch, otherwise it will start to lose Health Health. The female Ankylo Ankylo needs between 18h and 2d before having the capacity to lay eggs again. The incubation time can be reduced by up to 20% if the egg is placed in an Egg Incubator (Genesis Part 2) Egg Incubator at the ideal temperature.


Collecting[]

Ankylo eggs can be collected from wild ankylos or from tamed ones.

Stealing an egg from a a wild ankylo will cause her to chase you relentlessly.

By taming a female, you can collect her eggs without her becoming aggressive. She will lay them more often if you have a male Ankylo for the Mate Boost and an Oviraptor near by.

Super Fertilized Ankylo Egg (Mobile) Super Fertilized Ankylo Eggs are a type of Ankylo Egg exclusive to ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile.

These Eggs can be obtained after a female Ankylo Ankylo with a Herbivore Pheromone (Mobile) Herbivore Pheromone applied has laid one. They will hatch quicker than normal Ankylo Eggs and the baby Ankylo Ankylo will have better stats when it has hatched.

They can also be used to craft Super Kibble (Ankylo Egg) (Mobile) Super Kibble (Ankylo Egg), which will Taming tame Creatures faster and with more taming effectiveness.
