The Megalania Egg is one of the Dinosaur Eggs in ARK: Survival Evolved.

Megalania Eggs are randomly dropped by Megalania.png Megalania. They can be eaten or used to make Superior Kibble.png Superior Kibbles for taming Allosaurus.png Allosaurus, Argentavis.png Argentavis, Giant Beaver.png Castoroides, Daeodon.png Daeodon, Direbear.png Direbear, Direwolf.png Direwolf, Dunkleosteus.png Dunkleosteus, Gasbags.png Gasbags, Mammoth.png Mammoth, Megalodon.png Megalodon, Megalosaurus.png Megalosaurus, Megatherium.png Megatherium, Paraceratherium.png Paraceratherium, Plesiosaur.png Plesiosaur, Snow Owl.png Snow Owl, Tapejara.png Tapejara, and Woolly Rhinoceros.png Woolly Rhino.

After two Megalania.png Megalania mate, the resulting egg can be hatched and become a baby Megalania.png Megalania. A Player picking one up in the presence of nearby Megalania.png Megalania (excluding domesticated ones) will cause them to become hostile and attack the Player.
