The Gravestone is a decorative structure. It has similar functionality as the Wooden Sign, as it is possible to write a short text on it. The Gravestone can also be dyed.
Notes[]
- Can be used as an alternative Sign.
- As of 273.882, the number of gravestones per area is limited to 150 on Official Servers. This limitation was introduced via a stealth update since it has never been mentioned in any patch note. Also the definition of an "area" is unknown.
- The Gravestone is treated as a stone structure and can only be damaged by:
- Metal Weapons (5%)
- Tek Sword (~218%)
- Explosives (150%)
- Ballista Turret (40%)
- Cannon (~137%)
- Therizinosaur (Headbutt only, ~2%)
- Arthropluera
- Chalicotherium
- Dunkleosteus (15%)
- Deathworm
- Magmasaur
- Managarmr
- Corrupted Creatures
- Alpha Creatures (10%)
- Enraged Creatures
- DodoRex (300%)
- Dodo Wyvern (300%)
- Bosses (10%)
- Titans
- Titanosaur (~462%)
- Defense Unit (~462%)
- These can damage stone, but can not damage auto turrets:
- Giganotosaurus (15%)
- Tek Rifle (~50%)
- Rock Elemental
Painting and Color Regions[]
In addition to its preset paint regions, you can doodle on the Gravestone by "attacking" it with a Paintbrush, which will open the "Apply Paint" Menu. Then, click and drag your cursor over the 3D model (like a paintbrush) to draw anything you want. See Painting for more information on doodling.
For more information on Paint Regions and how to use them, please view the Dye, Paintbrush, or Spray Painter pages.
