The Meat Preserving Shed extends spoil timers by 10x.

- The Meat Preserving Shed is treated as a thatch structure and can be damaged by anything except non-explosive ranged attacks.
- The Meat Preserving Shed cannot be crafted nor added to the engram list of the game. However, it can be spawned in with "admincheat gfi preservingshed 1 0 0".
- The Preserving Shed is a far more aesthetically pleasing option for Decor and for Use, although it is reported to be inefficient in comparison to the Preserving Campfire and Smokehouse.
