Overview[]
The Omnidirectional Lamppost functions as a source of light that that can feed off an existing electrical power grid. Unlike the Lamppost, the Omnidirectional Lamppost emits light in all directions.
The lamppost can be placed underwater, but cannot be turned on if the base is submerged.
Construction[]
The Omnidirectional Lamppost does not require a foundation for placement, and as such does not interfere with the spawning of natural resources. It does not snap to other structures.

Painting and Color Regions[]
The Omnidirectional Lamppost is not currently paint-able, however this object may be re-mapped to include paint regions in a future update.
For more information on Paint Regions and how to use them, please view the Dye, Paintbrush, or Spray Painter pages.
Since v250 lamps light sources are paintable with paint brush as normal, and will alter the light color produced as expected. White colored dinos will reflect and glow very brightly in the lamp light color when this is done.
