Dyes/Coloring
Like most items, ColorRegions/doc can be dyed different colors. One 
Dye is consumed anytime the player changes the color of a region.
Region 1 - Bulk of the Cloth Pants' material, from thighs to shins
Region 2 - The belt and side-pouches
Region 3 - The bottom cuffs
Region 4 - The kneepads
Remember that dyed items require repair for continued use; newly crafted items come without any color.

Dyes/Coloring
Like most items, ColorRegions/doc can be dyed different colors. ColorRegions/doc do not have different regions to color; once dyed, the whole item will match the color of the dye used.
