The Velonasaur Egg is one of the Dinosaur Eggs in ARK: Survival Evolved.

Overview[edit | edit source]

Velonasaur Eggs are randomly dropped by Velonasaurs. They can be eaten or used to make Regular Kibbles for taming Anglerfish, Ankylosaurus, Baryonyx, Beelzebufo, Carbonemys, Carnotaurus, Dimetrodon, Diplodocus, Doedicurus, Gigantopithecus, Ichthyornis, Kaprosuchus, Kentrosaurus, Lymantria, Pelagornis, Pteranodon, Pulmonoscorpius, Purlovia, Sabertooth, Sarco, Stegosaurus, Terror Bird, Thorny Dragon, and Velonasaur.

After two Velonasaurs mate, the resulting egg can be hatched and become a baby Velonasaur.

Picking one up in the presence of nearby Velonasaurs (excluding domesticated ones) will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
