The City Terminal is a structure that was added to the game in the DLC Extinction.

Overview

The City Terminal is used to craft several Engrams such as the Enforcer and the Scout. These City Terminals can be found throughout the Sanctuary, Wasteland, Snow Dome, and Desert Dome and are the primary means of transferring tames and items across servers.

City Terminal also charges Charge Batteries with no limit on Charge it seems. However only 10 batteries will charge concurrently.

Notes/Trivia

The Admin Blink Rifle can destroy city terminals, so be careful when shooting near them as they do not respawn
