Grasslands is an island to the East of Mod:Ebenus Astrum/Battle Island of the Map Ebenus Astrum.

Overview[]

Grasslands is an island in the East of the current Map Ebenus Astrum. Most of the island has a, wooded, belt round the coast and beaches where herbivores and occasional small carnivores spawn. The belt contains the required resources for base building for the survivor who likes to lead an exciting life.

Once through the outer belt, the landscape opens up to a large, open, plain covered in tall grass full of large packs of raptors, inspired by the scenes from Isla Sorna in The Lost World: Jurassic Park™ this makes the island a very dangerous place to visit.

The Yellow Obelisk can be found on the island. As can the Forrest Titan Terminal as well as one of the Orbital Supply Drop (Extinction) / Element Node (Extinction)

Grasslands is surrounded by water, further to the North is the East island of the Snow Biome, to the South-east is Lava Island and to the South is the Eastern part of the jungle.

Caves[]

There is one cave found in the grasslands, the entrance of which is accessible by crouching down on foot. To use tamed creatures inside the cave, a Cryopod is required which can be obtained from the Orbital Supply Drops found in the Snow, Desert or Grasslands on the map or crafted in a Tek Replicator. However it is not recommended to try using large tames as the interior of the cave corridors are not very large. Durable armor and strong melee/ranged weapons are highly advisable.
