The Simple Rifle Ammo is a type of ammunition currently only used by the  Longneck Rifle. You get 2 bullets when crafting, or 10 in ARK Mobile singleplayer. Simple Rifle Ammo can rarely be found in some supply drops.

Simple Rifle Ammo is used to craft  Tranquilizer Darts and  Shocking Tranquilizer Darts.

Production

Each craft order yields 2 bullets. When crafting bullets during the Fear Evolved event each craft yielded only 1 bullet.and in mobile each craft yields 10 bullets
