This Little Light of Mine is a Mission in Genesis: Part 1.

Overview[]

this mission is the downright easiest out of all other escort missions the reason is the zero-gravity affect which causes insane knockback. it can be done with ease with a giga or two on ANY difficulty if you are careful. the reapers should be treated differently as they pose a far greater threat.

the seekers pick the lantern pet up and try to fly away them they don't pose a threat to lantern pet but can sometimes attack you. Nameless are easy too as they cannot deal with the knockback very well but can take a little damage. the reaper princes can take a pounding, cause blindness with the acid burn, are pretty fast and can do 5x the damage of a nameless.

the reapers should be treated like bosses as they spawn at level 250 towards the end of the mission. they pose a huge threat on Alpha. they can do 400+ damage (on alpha), have a extremely high health pool, are very fast and can push you far away with the tail swipe. if you are on alpha leave everything and converge on the reaper as it can easily turn the mission around.

Notes/Trivia[]

  • Strangely enough, regardless of which creature spawned that requires to be escorted, it will always be labelled as "Lantern Pup" in the Mission GUI.
  • Shinehorn will always be emitting charge light without stopping, which is useful for dealing with the hostile creatures in the absence of any charge light creatures on shoulder.
  • The mission name is a reference to the Christian song "This Little Light of Mine".
